DONE WITH FINALS!!!!


Thank God.  Now I actually have 10 days off--an unimaginable luxury.  

(One of those days I'll be moving my mom's furniture into her new assisted-living apartment, but still!)

Ow.  Right hand feels like crap.  Best diagnostic guess: tendinitis (had it once before in my waitress days).  Prescription: avoid aggravating activity.  Chocolate might be good too. And I haven't curled up on the futon and watched Dil Chahta Hai in ages, either.   Mmmmmmm.

Huzzah!

Ibuprofin is really good for my tendinitis. I know some people believe in icing it, but I really hate the way that feels.

I ended up doing both, actually. Ibuprofen works well for me but I try to use it sparingly for my stomach's sake. Ice works really well for me too, fortunately.

Still sore today, but not nearly as bad. I'm still going to give it a couple more days before I start doing (ugh) taxes.
